We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing, PR, and Patient Experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, who can lead and implement innovative marketing and public relations strategies while enhancing the patient experience within our hospital
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and PR strategies to promote the hospitals services.
- Oversee patient experience initiatives to ensure high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive marketing and PR efforts that align with the hospitals mission.
- Manage a team of professionals in marketing, public relations, and patient experience.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, patient feedback, and competition to make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare marketing, public relations, and patient experience management.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare marketing, public relations, or patient experience field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Innovative thinker with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
