Summary:
Manages the financial health of the company.Manages the implementation of the accounting practices through supervising the analysis of accounting data and provides timely and accurate information, Produces financial reports, directs investment activities, and develops strategies and plans for the long‐term financial goals of the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages the accounting activities in accordance with the Company policies and standards.
Manages the work of accounting staff (including, but not limited to, reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, accounts receivable transactions, fixed asset activity, payroll, accounts payable transactions, debt activity, recoding of revenue and expenses, etc.).
Improve accounting processes and procedures.
Assigns and audits the work of the team.
Reviews and approves payment vouchers and journal entries.
Records the monthly payroll, in addition to deduction
Manages end of month closing of books and end of month transactions like accruals, amortization of pre‐payments, documents and inventory cut‐offs, inventory reconciliation, etc.
"- Manages the production of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement and hoc financial
reports."
"- Performs the analysis of the past financial data, present, and expected financial operations in
order to identify any new development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed."
"- Prepares periodic reports with respect to the finance division’s activities and achievements to be
submitted to the CEO."
Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, and evaluation, of financial data.
Facilitate the performance of internal audit.
Works with external tax consultant to ensure all the tax issues are addressed properly.
Manages the daily operational banking activities related to the operations of the company.
Oversees, reconcile and prepare periodic VAT slips and declarations.
Performs any other duties related to his job as assigned by the Direct Supervisor.
Specifications:
Bachelor's Degree in accounting or any related field.
8‐10 years of experience
Master, CMA or CPA certificate
