Position Overview:
We are seeking a Restaurant Team Management Member to join our team in Beit Hanina. This leadership role is ideal for someone experienced in restaurant operations, capable of managing teams, and available to travel abroad for brand trainings and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support restaurant operations during assigned shifts
• Supervise, train, and coach staff to ensure top performance
• Maintain high standards in food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Manage inventory, supplier coordination, and POS operations
• Enforce safety, hygiene, and food handling procedures
• Assist with marketing initiatives and operational planning
• Represent Baladi Group in international trainings and events
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or team leadership
Excellent communication and team-building skills
Fluency in Arabic and English is required
Hebrew is a strong advantage
Resident of Beit Hanina or surrounding area
Must be available to travel internationally for trainings or brand commitments.
Holder of a foreign passport or valid U.S. visa (preferred)
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Familiarity with restaurant management systems is an advantage
