General job description:
To develop, design, and maintain dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI, assist in data modeling and data analysis tasks, and support the organization’s business needs by providing clear and reliable business intelligence solutions efficiency.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard design, report creation, and data visualization.
Strong knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query for data manipulation.
Experience with data modeling and database management (e.g., SQL Server, Azure).
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
Experience with Power BI Service, Power BI Report Server, and Power BI Desktop.
Knowledge of Azure data services (e.g., Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Azure Analysis Services) is advantageous.
Qualifications and Experience
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate are a plus.
Experience
• 6+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
• Proven track record in developing complex Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business needs.
• Experience leading BI projects from requirements gathering to deployment and user training.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to identify data requirements and align them with business goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio showcasing previous Power BI projects, including dashboard designs, data visualizations, and analytical reports.

• Computer Skills:Good knowledge of computer software, including software relevant to the position.
