Job Title: Urban Planner
Education: Minimum to have a BSc degree preferably in urban planning, Architecture, or related field.
Language Requirements: Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic;
Experience: 3 - 7 years relevant professional experience
Description of Responsibilities:
The Urban Planner will fulfill the following functions and be responsible for their results:
- Prepare planning packages: prepare master plans, SDFs, Action plans, Planning Reports, planning programs, outline plans on AutoCAD, attend meetings with the MoLG, local authorities, local communities and relevant stakeholders.
- Project management: Support the team leader and the Program Manager by providing appropriate technical and management support.
-High team spirit accompanied by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- professional in AutoCAD and GIS, MS Office proficiency is a must.
Impact of Results
-The Urban Planner will play a key role in the quality assurance of the project results, in relation to his/her field of expertise and help to ensure efficiently and effective project management.
Preferably to be a resident in Ramallah or Al Bireh Cities.
