• Job Title: IT Support Manager
• Location: Hebron
• The Role
• We are looking for an experienced IT Support Manager to join a leading company in Hebron. As the IT Support Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and support of the companys IT systems and infrastructure.
• You will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the IT systems, ensuring that they are secure and well maintained. You will also be responsible for the implementation of new technologies and IT projects, as well as providing guidance and support to the IT team. Additionally, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of policies, procedures and best practices to ensure a high standard of IT support.
• Responsibilities
• • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures and best practices
• • Manage the day-to-day IT support and maintenance of the systems and infrastructure
• • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• • Monitor system performance and ensure availability
• • Implement and maintain security measures
• • Ensure compliance with IT standards, policies and regulations
• • Manage and mentor the IT team
• • Determine the IT requirements of the organisation
• • Design and implement IT projects
• • Manage the budget and resources for IT projects
• • Develop and implement new technologies
• • Provide guidance and support to the IT team
• • Ensure all IT systems are secure and well maintained
• Technical Skills Required
• • Extensive experience in IT support and management
• • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems
• • Experience of FortiGate Firewalls
• • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• • Knowledge of IT security standards and protocols
• • Experience with network administration
• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• • Ability to manage and mentor a team
• • Knowledge of VMWARE ESXi
• • Knowledge of VoIP systems
• • Knowledge of project management principles
• • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies
• • Knowledge of scripting languages
• • Knowledge of database technologies
