Title: Program Support Coordinator
Work Location: Community Based Rehabilitation Program (CBR)/Bethlehem Arab Society for Rehabilitation (BASR)
Main tasks:
- Maintain and handle data management of all activities and interventions, while ensuring that all related data is maintained and updated properly.
- Analyze data collected from the field, such as general evaluations, pre- and post-assessments, and prepare reports that feed into the program’s progress reports.
- Prepare monthly program reports, and assist in the preparation of periodic and progress reports, newsletters, and success stories/lessons learned as requested – both in Arabic and English.
- Support in logistical and coordination tasks related to the implementation of program activities and interventions as requested from his/her line manager.
- Assist in procurement tasks, and handle stock management.
- Other assigned tasks, as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in public administration, management or related fields.
- Proven previous work experience in a similar job, ideally with an NGO
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Proven coordination & organization skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer competency
- A valid driving license
