Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety and risk management policies and procedures that align with international best practices and local regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards and vulnerabilities in the workplace including physical, and security risks.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize the likelihood and impact of identified risks.
Oversee the implementation of security measures to safeguard staff, visitors, facilities, and assets.
Establish and maintain protocols for the safe operation and maintenance of organizational vehicles.
Provide training and support to employees on safety and risk management practices, including emergency response procedures.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement a crisis management plan that includes emergency response procedures.
Collaborate with the management team to ensure that all employees are aware of and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
Collaborate and follow up with internal teams, external partners, or government agencies on a variety of documents as needed.
Years of experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant working experience (in Safety, Security, and Risk).
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Social Science, or any related field.
Location:
Ramallah and Jerusalem, Palestine.
Languages Required:
Fluent in Arabic, and English.
Good in Hebrew.
