Role Summary
Responsible for BSS systems integration-related operations to maintain the related integration systems in addition to the delivery of new changes and features.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supporting and maintaining Oracle Fusion Middleware SOA.
- Supporting and maintaining Google Apigee platform.
- Supporting day-to-day operation incident and change.
- Investigating and coordinating with peers/cross-team to perform root cause analysis.
- Improving integration of operational procedures and engineering patterns.
- Improving/automating reconciliation procedures and routines.
- APIs Development and follow-up on different technologies (Oracle Fusion Middleware SOA and Google Apigee APIs).
- Managing systems releases and patches.
- Proactively monitoring and supporting the health, performance, and integrity of the integration systems.
- Improving software performance by investigating problems, developing specifications, identifying trends in technology, and recommending, integrating, and documenting solutions.
- Performing other duties as directed.
Work Experience & Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
- knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Oracle Web logic.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Apigee.
- Good understanding of web services-related technologies such as but not limited to WSDL, XSLT, SOAP, REST/JSON, XML, and Apigee API Proxy.
- Experience in programming languages such as Java, SQL, PLSQL, JavaScript, …
- Knowledge of UNIX / Redhat Administration and Shell scripting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Database management like Oracle, MS-SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, …
- Knowledge of TMForum Open APIs standards.
- Knowledge of content management software like Drupal.
- Experience in version control systems.
- Understanding of Micro-services.
