Food On Time is a rapidly expanding food delivery company based in Ramallah, officially registered and committed to offering fast, efficient, and quality-driven delivery services throughout Palestine. As part of our strategic expansion, we are hiring a motivated and experienced professional to lead across three core areas of our business: Marketing, Business Development, and Operations Management.
This is a high-impact leadership role that blends strategic thinking with execution, requiring hands-on involvement in digital marketing, partner outreach, field coordination, and service optimization.
Key Responsibilities (spanning marketing, partnerships, and operations):
Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and others — with a focus on audience segmentation, conversion, and retention.
Oversee the company’s social media strategy, creative content direction, branding consistency, and performance monitoring.
Conduct ongoing market research and customer behavior analysis to guide targeting, positioning, and campaign adjustments.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with restaurants, shops, and service providers — from initial outreach to successful onboarding and relationship management.
Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements that ensure mutual benefit for both company and partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities and revenue streams.
Lead the operational team of drivers and delivery staff, assigning routes, managing schedules, and ensuring on-time performance and professionalism.
Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency, minimize delivery time, and handle real-time challenges in the field.
Utilize delivery tracking systems, dispatch apps, and dashboards to monitor KPIs, track success metrics, and respond to logistical issues.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, handling escalations and maintaining quality across every touchpoint.
Work closely with finance and customer service teams to align on promotional campaigns, service pricing, and delivery cost control.

Candidate Requirements & Professional Profile:
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field.
A minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in roles related to digital marketing, B2B development, and/or field operations — ideally in food delivery, logistics, e-commerce, or service industries.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, SEO, and analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, etc.).
Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills — with proven success in building client/vendor relationships and closing deals.
Excellent project and people management skills, capable of leading field teams and collaborating with internal departments.
Comfortable with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to make strategic decisions based on metrics.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken); Arabic fluency is an advantage.
Possession of a valid driver’s license is required. Owning a personal vehicle is strongly preferred, as the role involves on-the-ground tasks and travel.
