Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: The primary focus is on maintaining and building relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction through strategic campaign performance.
Meta Ads Expertise: The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), and analyzing campaign performance to optimize for KPIs.
Creative and Content Development: Writing creative scripts and content in both Arabic and English will be essential, and this includes producing content for things like reels and promotional videos.
Collaboration: The role involves working closely with creative, content, and media teams to ensure campaign success.
Reporting: There’s a significant reporting component, requiring detailed insights and analysis of campaign performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bilingual Content Creation: The candidate must be able to create high-quality content and scripts in both Arabic and English.
Experience with Meta Ads: The role is very focused on Facebook and Instagram campaigns, so strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager is a must.
Communication Skills: Given the dual-language nature of the job, the ability to communicate effectively with clients, as well as collaborate with internal teams, is critical.
Analytical Skills: The ability to monitor and assess campaign performance and optimize it based on data-driven insights is a core requirement.
Preferred Skills:
Broader Ad Platform Experience: Additional experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Ads would make a candidate stand out.
Certifications: Digital marketing certifications, particularly in Meta Ads, would be beneficial.
CRM/Marketing Automation Tools: Familiarity with these tools can enhance efficiency, especially in larger campaigns.
