Sales Manager – Real Estate Division (WM Dubai)
Position Overview
WM Dubai is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Sales Manager to oversee and lead a large team of real estate professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple employees, monitoring performance, motivating the team, generating reports, and ensuring all sales targets are met. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning skills, and deep expertise in CRM systems and professional sales management—preferably with experience in the Dubai real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of real estate agents and sales executives to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement.
Monitor daily operations, track KPIs, and prepare detailed performance and sales reports.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve sales strategies to align with company objectives.
Analyze existing strategies, identify gaps, and edit or modify them to enhance performance and conversion rates.
Motivate and coach the sales team through regular meetings, performance reviews, and skill development sessions.
Ensure all team members follow CRM processes for lead management, client tracking, and reporting.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations departments to optimize lead flow and maximize closing ratios.
Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, competitive offerings, and client preferences.
Maintain professional standards, enforce compliance policies, and uphold the company’s brand image.
Drive innovation and efficiency across the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Experience: 4–6 years of experience in sales management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Industry Knowledge: Strong background in real estate, preferably in Dubai (off-plan and secondary market).
Strategic Skills: Proven ability to create, evaluate, and adjust sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
CRM Expertise: Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
Leadership & Communication: Strong team management, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical Thinking: Capable of analyzing sales data and making informed strategic decisions.
Languages: English (required); Arabic is an advantage.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
