Position: Right Hand to Tech Founder (Full-Time)

About YOUMNA
At YOUMNA, we’re building the region’s first remote Executive Partner service — empowering top founders and executives across MENA to work smarter, achieve more, and enjoy greater balance in their professional and personal lives.
What You’ll Do
As an Executive Partner, you’ll be the right hand to founders and executives. Your role will include:
Managing calendars, inboxes, and meetings
Supporting marketing and communication projects where needed
Coordinating operations, research, and reporting
Handling tasks and light financial processes
Using modern productivity tools to ensure efficiency
Acting as a strategic right hand and partner to top business leaders
Who We’re Looking For
We want ambitious, highly organized women who are ready to operate at the highest level of executive support.
You should have:
3+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or related roles
Background in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications (a strong plus)
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and time management skills
Proactive mindset and tech-savviness (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.)
