Title: Photography, Videography, Editing & Social Media Content Creation
Location: Ramallah
Type: Contract-Based / Project-Based
We are seeking experienced creative professionals to join our pool of experts and contribute to high-quality training, mentoring, and project-based assignments across a range of content creation disciplines.
We are looking for strong candidates with strong practical skills in the following areas:
Photography (portrait, product, event, lifestyle, studio, camera operation, composition)
Videography (shooting, directing, framing, motion, audio basics)
Lighting Techniques (studio setups, natural light, LED and continuous lighting, creative lighting)
Editing & Post-Production (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Lightroom, color grading)
Storytelling & Scriptwriting (short-form content, concept development, structuring engaging narratives)
Branding & Visual Identity (brand tone, content style, messaging, aesthetic direction)
Modern Social Media Content Creation
Reels / TikTok / YouTube Shorts production
Trend adaptation
Hooks, pacing, and high-retention formats
Platform behaviors & analytics
Role Expectations:
Selected candidates may be contracted to:
Develop structured learning materials, modules, or workshops in their area of expertise.
Deliver training sessions or masterclasses to groups or individuals.
Provide hands-on guidance, demonstrations, and practical assignments.
Mentor participants through real-life content projects and creative briefs.
Review work, provide feedback, and support skills development.

Required Qualifications:
Proven professional experience in at least one of the listed fields.
A strong portfolio demonstrating your creative and technical capabilities.
Ability to communicate concepts clearly and guide learners through practical exercises.
Understanding of current digital content trends and platform dynamics.
Professional, reliable, and collaborative work style.
Preferred (not required):
Experience teaching, mentoring, or leading workshops.
Experience producing commercial, brand, or client-facing content
Multidisciplinary skills across more than one creative domain.
