Role Summary:
We are looking for highly motivated Palestinian engineers to join our team in our Nablus office.
The selected candidate will act as a key point of contact for clients and suppliers, handle product inquiries, prepare quotations, explain technical specifications, and support the sales and procurement process for building materials.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client inquiries and provide technical support on building materials in Arabic and English.
Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and assist clients in selecting the right products.
Understand product specifications, features, and usage to provide clear technical guidance.
Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, sales, and technical teams.
Follow up with suppliers for prices, availability, delivery times, and product details.
Report sales activity, supplier feedback, and market updates regularly to management.
Maintain professional communication with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications
Palestinian nationality.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum GPA of 3.5 or equivalent, proof required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English, spoken and written, is required.
Strong Arabic communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Ability to explain technical information clearly.
Professional, disciplined, and able to work from the office in Nablus.
Nice to Have
Experience in sales, procurement, or client support.
Familiarity with construction or building materials.
Experience dealing with suppliers, contractors, or project-based clients.
Good knowledge of Excel, CRM systems, or quotation preparation.
