VAS & Digital Partnership Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of professional VAS & Digital Partnerships


• Develop VAS & Digital Partnerships services strategies and road map that are in line with Marketing overall strategy.  


• Develop products and services that are emanated from Marketing strategic direction


• Monitoring Digital services & VAS content and information services and ensuring achieving target objectives & revenue.


• Working closely with company departments, including business development, market research, sales, Marcomm, Finance, IT, Technical, and customer care to ensure successful delivery of each product.


• Working on interdepartmental team for planning and execution of Digital services & VAS content services and operations.


• Providing day-to-day coordination; monitoring product performance and coordinating resolution of issues.


• Developing content for SMS, MMS, IVR, RBT, and WAP services collaterals.


• Working closely with the marketing, sales and customer care teams to develop sales tools and training materials.


• Acquiring deep knowledge of telecoms Digital services & VAS products and IT systems, and an understanding of the environment and the market, particularly in the area of billing, IN, voice services, data and VAS.


• Interfacing with vendors and suppliers for VAS content services including SMS, MMS, IVR, RBT, and WAP services.


• Demonstrating responsibility for the following product lines: VAS Content and Information services (SMS, MMS, WAP, RBT and IVR),
