Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Business Partnership Manager for a Palestinian IT Outsourcing Services Company working with international clients in Europe and the US.
The job is 70% Remote, and 30% On-site (Ramallah Office).
The role supports the business through the Partnership, management, and execution of strategic and tactical account management practices of the organization’s strategic account(s).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead defined business Partnership activities and develop new opportunities with existing & new potential clients and business partners such as industry academies and WB universities and incubators.
Acquire and build relationships with new and existing international clients.
Facilitate and participate in operational expansion requirements for the company in West Bank Cities.
Translate new service requirements into an implementation plan according to the companys new services development skeleton.
Plan and execute appropriate business strategies to achieve revenue targets and roll new services against market demand.
Understand the company offerings and applicability to the customer account and facilitate opportunities.
Engage and manage clients and business partners at appropriate levels, including senior technology and business executives to drive and execute the strategy for the account (e.g., client service plan, map, client feedback) and facilitate follow-up sessions to monitor progress.
Be the custodian of the customer success journey (satisfaction): monitor delivery to customers at a high level and be the first escalation point to the companys leadership for client-related projects.
Identify initiatives, events, and services that can bring value to the companys team and the client relationship.
Report monthly to the management on the progress on contract closure dates, opportunities, and revenue outlook from clients being managed.
Help in engaging technical talents in presales efforts.
Ensure all content adheres to company branding and messaging guidelines.
Comply with data privacy regulations and maintain the confidentiality of company information.
Develop and maintain communication guidelines and best practices for the company.
Keep up to date with industry trends and share relevant information with the team.
Train and mentor junior team members to ensure consistency in messaging and quality of content.
Requirements
Proven experience in client services in IT and/or R&D services industry in Palestine and regional market especially with Multinational companies.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with CxO-level leadership.
Experience in managing large project deals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work with multi-cultural and geographically distributed teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to influence decision-making and work across executive and operational levels on IT/R&D and Business side.
Experience with translating clients’ business requirements into operational requirements.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally is a MUST.
Years of experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Location:
70% Remote, and 30% On-site (Ramallah Office), Palestine.
Languages Required:
Fluent in Arabic & English.
