Business Alliance HR is recruiting an HR and Admin Officer for a Palestinian IT Outsourcing Services Company working with international clients in Europe and the US.
The job is 70% Remote, and 30% On-site (Ramallah Office).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate all onboarding activities for new hires, including employment contracts, payroll setup, and benefits management.
Collaborate with the rest of the HR team to maintain and evolve HR policies.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Administer employee benefits and payroll.
Maintain employee records and handle attendance management.
Support performance management processes.
Resolve employee relations issues and address employee queries and concerns.
Collaborate with departments to develop and implement training and development programs.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of HR practices, local labor laws, and regulations.
Familiarity with recruitment processes and strategies.
Proficient in using HR software and systems.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in an IT outsourcing company is preferred.
Years of experience:Minimum 2 years of proven working experience in HR and Admin roles.
Education:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Location:70% Remote, and 30% On-site (Ramallah Office), Palestine.
Languages Required:Fluent in Arabic & English.
