Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Low Voltage Pre-Sales & Technical Engineer to join our team. This role requires expertise in low voltage systems, including surveillance systems, public address systems, network solutions, access control systems, intercoms, burglar alarm systems, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will ensure these systems are suggested based on the best technical solutions from the company products, quoted based on the best sourced prices from the suppliers and to provide all possible technical & knowledge support for all the projects requirements that he will get from the clients or the sales team.
Sales and Pricing:
· Prepare and present pricing offers to clients based on their needs and project requirements.
· Source the required items incase they are not available in company stock or portfolio.
· Negotiate with clients to secure the best deals and increase sales.
· Draft and review contracts and agreements in line with company policies.
· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Basic Technical Knowledge:
· Provide initial technical support to clients in low voltage systems, including alarm systems, cameras, networks, cabling, and access control systems.
· Offer basic solutions for minor technical issues.
Communication and Coordination:
· Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth coordination between sales and project implementation.
· Submit periodic reports to management regarding sales performance and potential challenges.
Accounts Receivable Management:
· Follow up on payments to ensure timely collection of dues.
· Prepare monthly financial reports on collections and address any delays or obstacles.

Qualifications and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields.
· A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in low voltage systems.
· In-depth knowledge of alarm systems, cameras, networks, cabling, and access control systems.
· Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in using essential computer programs and industry-related software.
