We are looking for an enthusiastic and fresh Tickets & Reservations Agent to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
Excellent proficiency in Excel and Word programs.
Polite and professional in dealing with customers, both over the phone and in person.
Good English language skills with an understanding of basic communication.
Ability to follow up quickly and accurately with strong attention to detail.
Effective communication skills with clients and agents.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle client ticket reservations and provide detailed information about available options.
Maintain continuous communication with clients to confirm and book tickets while providing necessary support.
Coordinate with agents to ensure bookings are completed with the highest level of accuracy.
Issue tickets and provide invoices to clients after booking confirmation.
Follow up on booking statuses with clients and ensure all procedures are correctly completed.
Manage and update booking records in an organized manner.
Provide after-sales support to clients post-travel to gather feedback and comments.
Handle any changes to bookings and notify clients accordingly.
