Vacancy Description:



We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant and Administration Officer to join our team in Axsos AG Ramallah. The ideal candidate will combine strong accounting expertise with solid administrative skills to ensure smooth financial operations and efficient office management.



General Expectations:



Maintain confidentiality of all financial and personnel information.

Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all accounting and administrative tasks.

Be proactive in identifying process improvements for efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support both financial and operational needs.



Your Responsibilities:



Accounting Duties:



Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.

Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements in a timely manner.

Prepare and post journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end closing.

Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.

Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and summaries for management.

Monitor cash flow and support budget tracking.

Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in tax filing preparation.

Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions when needed.

Microsoft Business Central is a requirement.

Responsible for monthly and yearly closings.



Administrative Duties:



Handle office correspondence, filing, and document management.

Manage office supplies, guest lists, vendors, and service providers.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documentation.

Ensure proper archiving of contracts, agreements, and financial documents.



Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of professional experience in accounting and administration.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central is mandatory.

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Fluency in English; German Language is an advantage.

Ability to adapt quickly.
