We are looking to hire an Admin Assistant with a strong background in
• operational Support: Assist with customer inquiries, Coordinate, and follow up on daily operation duties.
• Document Management: Organize, update, and maintain accurate records, contracts, and lease agreements.
• Data Entry & Reporting: Enter data related to leases, customer information, and payments into our system. Prepare regular reports as needed.
• General Office Duties: Support the office with tasks as needed
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
· Languages: advance Hebrew and English.
· Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills (Microsoft Office suite).
· Attributes: Meticulous, initiative-taking, and able to manage multiple tasks in a challenging environment.
