We are expanding our commercial team and looking for a Sales Account Manager with a strong commercial background and a passion for technology to join our office in Ramallah.

Your Role

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships and selling FIS solutions to clients in various sectors. You will work closely with our technical and presales teams to offer tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow a portfolio of clients across various sectors, including finance, insurance, government and enterprises.
Understand customer pain points and propose relevant solutions from our software and cybersecurity portfolio.
Collaborate with internal technical, presales and product teams to deliver proposals and solutions.
Prepare and present demos, quotations, and commercial proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals professionally.
Track market trends and stay updated on the latest developments in cybersecurity and software.
Maintain CRM records and manage the full sales cycle.

Who We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics or any sales-related field.
3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT, Telecom, Software or Cybersecurity.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Passion for technology and ability to understand technical concepts (you do not need to be a programmer).
Fluent in English written and spoken.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, organized and target driven.
