Position: Executive Partner / Executive Assistant (Full-Time)

What You’ll Do
As an Executive Partner, you’ll be the right hand to founders and executives. Your role will include:
Managing calendars, inboxes, and meetings
Manage projects and optimize efficiency
Coordinating operations, research, and reporting
Handling tasks and light financial processes
Using modern productivity tools to ensure efficiency
Act as a strategic right hand and partner to top business leaders

Who We’re Looking For
We want ambitious, highly organized women who are ready to operate at the highest level of executive support.
You should have:
3+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or related roles
Background in Engineering or Tech (a strong plus)
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and time management skills
Proactive mindset and tech-savviness (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.)
