we are seeking to hire highly qualified candidates to join our team for the following vacancy:
HR Senior Officer
Job Description:
Managing and overseeing all human resources related activities including recruitment, payroll activities, following up on employees’ daily attending hours, vacations, vacations compensation, calculating overtime according to policies and regulations, employees’ compensation, performance measurement, training, personnel affairs, and annual appraisal schema process management.
Main tasks:
Day-to-day daily activities follow up, including employees attending hours, vacations tracking, and overtime calculations
Manage payroll process, daily, weekly and perform the full payroll cycle on monthly basis with the coordination of finance department.
conduct performance evaluation training and monitors department’s performance in conducting the performance evaluation.
Implement and manage interviews, selections, and recruitment of employees to fill vacant positions to ensure that they align with current and future needs.
Create and maintain master HR files; ensure paperwork is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements and needs.
finalize end of service documents according to the local labor low
Required Skills and Competencies:
Communication and communication skills.
Time management skill.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and solid proficiency in other common office applications, specifically in Word, excel, Outlook.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact with all management levels.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to details.Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education and Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or any related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of hands-on experience in human resource management and administration,solid understanding of local labor laws.
Working knowledge of HR procedures and business systems, working on Menaitech HR system considered a plus
Language: Excellent command of both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
