BCI is intending to recruit a highly qualified individual to fill the position of:
Sales Account Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their business needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead direct sales efforts for products and services such as Data Networking, Information Security, Physical Security, Audio-Visual Solutions, and Telecom Solutions.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Provide insights on market trends and dynamics.
Identify and pursue potential clients, establishing initial contacts.
Report sales activity and progress directly to the Sales Manager.
Work closely with technical and support teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients while ensuring company profitability.
Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
A strong, proven track record in corporate sales, ideally with 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within ICT or related sectors.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
High motivation, enthusiasm, and adaptability, even in challenging situations.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Exceptional time management, multitasking abilities, and deadline adherence.
Valid Driving License
