About the Role:
As an Internal Communications Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies that foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to create engaging, consistent messaging aligned with ASAL’s values and objectives.
Develop and implement an annual internal communication plan aligned with ASAL culture.
Coordinate with ASAL stakeholders, including media partner and suppliers.
Collaborate with HR and Admin team to support onboarding and employee integration.
Desgin and Create internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, intranet updates, presentations, reports, and videos.
Plan and coordinate internal events such as town halls, team-building activities while leading engagement gathering that strengthen enhance employee satisfaction.
Partner with leadership and department heads to gather and share relevant information.
Lead employer branding initiatives, including organizing activities to increase engagement, giveaways, and corporate gifts.
Act as a liaison between management and employees to ensure transparent communication.
Coordinate and provide support for communication and PR Unit activities.
Manage ASAL’s social media presence end-to-end, enhancing employer branding.
Job requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field.
1–3 years in a corporate internal communications role.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent command of English language and adequate writing & verbal communication skills.
Experience in event coordination and employee engagement activities.
Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
Knowledge of HRM systems is preferred.
