BNET is intending to recruit a highly qualified individual to fill the position of
Marketing Unit Head
Main responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
Lead the Marketing Unit, ensuring the team is aligned with company goals and objectives.
Develop and implement comprehensive segmentation strategies that optimize marketing efforts.
Analyze market data and customer behavior to identify and target specific segments effectively.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and sales teams to drive segmentation initiatives.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of segmentation strategies, refining approaches as necessary.
Lead data scientists and analysts to leverage advanced analytics techniques for deeper insights.
Present segmentation insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders for informed decision-making.
Oversee the management of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in segmentation, market research, or data analytics.
Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that have driven growth.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools.
Expertise in customer segmentation methodologies and metrics.
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex data insights clearly and effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
