Dragon Studios is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and managing day-to-day posting and monitoring across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
As a Social Media Specialist, you will work closely with our designers, videographers, and account managers to deliver high-quality digital content that reflects our clients’ brand voices. You’ll also track performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and stay ahead of the latest social media trends to help clients grow their online presence.
Key Responsibilities
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, reels, short videos, and stories).
Implement social media strategies and campaigns under the guidance of the Account Manager.
Manage day-to-day interactions, including responding to comments and messages.
Monitor performance using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns (setup, targeting, monitoring).
Collaborate with creative team members (designers, videographers, and copywriters) to ensure content quality.
Stay updated on emerging trends, hashtags, and platform algorithm changes.
Support in preparing monthly reports with key metrics and improvement suggestions.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience managing social media accounts or content creation.
Strong command of Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and social scheduling tools.
Experience working with creative teams and coordinating on content.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to multitask.
