* Ocean Grand Hotel is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Advertising Specialist (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to join our team.



Key Responsibilities-



Manage advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok from planning to reporting -

Handle medium- to large-scale advertising budgets and deliver accurate performance reports -

Analyze campaign results and develop innovative strategies tailored to the Palestinian market -

Stay up to date with the latest platform updates and apply them effectively -

Create innovative campaign ideas, conduct A/B testing, and build precise target audiences (Custom/Lookalike)

Design creative visuals and content using Graphic Design and AI Marketing Tools to support advertising campaigns.



Job requirements:



Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in managing social media advertising campaigns

Demonstrated track record of success with medium- and large-budget campaigns

Strong knowledge of the Palestinian market and local consumer behavior

Ability to work quickly, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure

Full-time availability

Must be a resident of Ramallah area

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
