Vacancy Description:
At Axsos Academy, we are looking for a Sales and Admissions Team Lead that will own the end-to-end admissions funnel and lead a small team to hit enrollment targets across multiple programs. You’ll optimize systems and processes (Dynamics 365 CRM), coach the team, and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Teaching, Career Services, and Finance to deliver a consistent, student-first experience.

Your Profile:
3–5 years of experience in sales/admissions (edtech, bootcamps, higher-ed, or B2C services), including team leadership.
Strong data orientation: able to set targets, read funnels, and make decisions from metrics.
Excellent communication in Arabic and English; confident on Zoom/phone and in person.
Demonstrated ability to inspire teams and model disciplined, ethical, student-first sales.
Experience in tech education/bootcamps or workforce development.
Familiarity with scholarships/financing processes and compliance.
Background working in Palestine/MENA markets.
Proven CRM ownership (Dynamics 365 preferred; Salesforce/HubSpot acceptable) with hands-on automation/dashboards.
Your Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Coaching
Manage, mentor, and inspire a Sales & Admissions team (set goals, run 1:1s, coach calls, hire/onboard).
Build a high-trust, accountable culture (clear SLAs, weekly cadence, celebrate wins).
Admissions & Sales Excellence:
Own the funnel: lead intake, discovery calls, program/admissions interviews, offers, and enrollments.
Standardize scripts, objection handling, and follow-up sequences; ensure consistent, ethical consultative sales.
CRM Ownership (Dynamics 365):
Admin and power user for D365: pipeline design, stages/fields, automations, sequences, dashboards, and data hygiene.
Report weekly on pipeline health, forecasts, conversion by channel/program, and time-to-first contact.
Process & Optimization:
Define and enforce SLAs (e.g., time-to-first-response, follow-up cadence, no-show recovery).
Run A/B tests on messaging and sequences; iterate based on data.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Marketing: align on lead quality, webinar flows, and post-event conversion plans.
Teaching: sync program calendars, class sizes, start dates, and admissions criteria.
Career Services: articulate outcomes/placement stories and integrate them into admissions messaging.
Finance/Funding: coordinate scholarships/financing options; ensure clear payment plans and documentation.
Events & Webinars:
Partner on pre-webinar comms, live coverage (attendance tracking, Q&A), and post-webinar conversion sprints.

Maintain transparent, fair admissions practices; protect student data; uphold our mission and values.
