Amaar is seeking qualified professional for the position of Senior Sales & Customer Relations Officer at Amaar’s Headquarter in Ramallah.
This is a mid-level position (2–4 years of experience) suitable for a proactive and responsible candidate who is ready to take on a variety of tasks without hesitation. The role combines both office-based work and field activities, requiring strong organizational skills, responsiveness, and the ability to interact effectively with clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Activities: Generate leads, conduct sales calls, follow up with potential and existing clients, promote leasing and sales of company properties, and conduct site visits to showcase available inventory.
Client Relationship Management: Handle incoming calls and inquiries, address complaints and feedback professionally, and provide end-to-end support from initial inquiry through to after-sales service.
Property Handover & Transfers: Coordinate and assist in the handover of units and other real estate products, manage ownership transfer procedures, and liaise with legal and relevant departments to ensure smooth completion.
Financial Monitoring & Collections: Track client payments, follow up on outstanding balances or returned checks, prepare monthly sales and collection reports, and escalate overdue cases when necessary.
Sales Inventory & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales inventory records and prepare timely reports on sales performance and collections for management review.
Digital & Social Media Engagement: Respond to client inquiries received through social media platforms, ensure timely follow-up, and support the promotion of company offerings online.
Administrative & Operational Support: Assist with document preparation, filing (hard and soft copies), record organization, and other related administrative duties.
Market Awareness: Stay up-to-updated on market trends, competitor activities, and clients need to support business development and provide insights to management.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector (lands, apartments, or property development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Professional presence and ability to build client trust.
Comfortable handling both office responsibilities (filing, preparing reports, making calls) and fieldwork duties (site visits, meeting clients).
Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong knowledge of the real estate market and customer needs.
