We are looking for talented individuals to join our team as Technical Customer Service Agents with good English language command and some technical knowledge. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
Role Responsibilities:
Provide direct assistance to our customers (external and internal) and work with them to resolve their concerns via Voice, Email and Chat.
Assist customers on a broad spectrum of website/technical troubleshooting, Linux system administration, WordPress, and email setup/troubleshooting.
Own each help request, treating each customer with the utmost care, realness, integrity and timeliness.
Document relevant details to help customers and your colleagues with future requests.
Search our knowledgebase, training materials and learn from the experience of colleagues, seniors and managers to seek solutions.
Raise widespread issues or patterns through defined channels.
Tailor communications to match customers' skill level and conversational style.
Job Requirements:
Strong understanding of IT concepts and systems.
Good knowledge of Linux systems.
Familiarity with web hosting tools such as cPanel and WordPress.
Understanding of server hardware, configurations, and common hosting services.
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to solve problems effectively while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Patience when handling challenging situations.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on quality.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Excellent English skills: speaking, reading, writing, and listening.
Understanding of DNS, SSL, SMTP, IMAP, POP, and HTML.
Familiarity with WHMCS is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts — we are a 24x7 Support Team.
Ability to work onsite.
