Jerusalem Rental & Leasing Cars is a leading car rental and leasing company in Jerusalem.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Location: Jerusalem Office
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage daily administrative and office operations, including answering phone calls, filing,
photocopying, and providing support to staff members
* Prepare and draft professional memos and correspondence in English and Arabic
* Greet and assist customers courteously and professionally
* Handle car rental reservations and leasing agreements, ensuring accuracy and proper
documentation
* Provide administrative support to multiple departments as required
* Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized filing systems
* Carry out additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
* Relevant academic degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a related
administrative role
* Excellent computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic; knowledge of
Hebrew is considered an advantage
* Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to prioritize
tasks effectively
* High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to quality work
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure
* Holder of Jerusalem ID
