Job Description



Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Senior Talent Acquisition Officer for a Palestinian IT Outsourcing Services Company working with international clients in Europe and the US.


The job is 70% Remote, and 30% On-site (Ramallah Office).


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  1. Recruitment strategy development: Collaborate with management to develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy tailored to the needs of the outsourcing company. Identify talent requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles for various positions within the organization. 




  2. Identify, track, and attract senior technical staff to join the company.




  3. Sourcing and screening candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Screen and evaluate resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist potential candidates for further evaluation.




  4. Interview coordination and assessment: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit with the outsourcing company.




  5. Candidate relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including salary negotiation, providing timely updates, feedback, and guidance to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.




  6. Employer branding and talent attraction: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the outsourcing companys employer brand and attract top talent. Create engaging job postings and marketing materials that highlight the benefits of working for the company.




  7. Vendor management: Collaborate with external recruitment agencies or vendors when necessary. Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with service-level agreements.




  8. Onboarding and orientation: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the outsourcing company. Coordinate orientation programs and provide necessary resources and information to new employees.




  9. Data analysis and reporting: Collect and analyze recruitment data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and key performance indicators. Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time to hire, cost per hire, and quality of hires.




  10. Compliance and legal adherence: Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to talent acquisition in the outsourcing industry. Ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements and maintain accurate documentation for audit purposes.




  11. Continuous improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve the talent acquisition process and strategies. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in recruitment and implement innovative practices to attract and retain top talent.




 

 



Requirements




  1. Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.




  2. Familiarity with various recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.




  3. Knowledge of the outsourcing industry and its unique talent requirements.




  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and external vendors.




  5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.




  6. Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to talent acquisition in the outsourcing industry.




  7. Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems is a plus.




  8. Proactive and results-oriented approach to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.




 

Years of experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment.


 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 


 

Location:

70% Remote, and 30% On-site (Ramallah Office), Palestine.


 


Languages Required:

Fluent in Arabic & English.
