BCITE is seeking a qualified and proactive Project Coordinator to manage and execute development, innovation, and entrepreneurship projects from initiation to completion. The role combines hands-on project implementation, operational management, and strategic outreach and communication, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, strong visibility, and measurable impact in line with institutional and donor priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Initiation
Develop work plans, implementation schedules, and resource allocation frameworks
Contribute to budgeting, cost estimation, and financial planning
Participate in project design and propose improvements where needed
2. Project Implementation & Coordination
Lead day-to-day implementation to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Assign tasks and ensure clarity on deliverables, milestones, and expectations
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, partners, and service providers
Monitor progress, maintain workflow efficiency, and address implementation challenges with practical solutions
Continuously engage with beneficiaries and maintain a long-term relationship and database
Conduct all project reporting including the collect of case studies and success stories
3. Operations & Resource Management
Manage procurement, logistics, and operational processes in line with university and donor requirements
Coordinate resource allocation to support effective project delivery
Maintain organized documentation systems, contracts, and records
Manage administrative and financial processes (invoices, purchase orders, financial tracking
4. Outreach, Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
Develop and implement outreach and communication strategies aligned with project and BCITE objectives
Build and maintain relationships with startups, private sector partners, and community stakeholders
Organize workshops, trainings, networking events, and outreach campaigns
Prepare communication materials (reports, success stories, presentations, newsletters, and social media content)
Ensure donor visibility and branding compliance
Serve as the main liaison between project teams, partners, donors, and beneficiaries
Coordinate stakeholder meetings, prepare documentation, and ensure follow-up actions
Foster cross-team collaboration and effective communication
Document and showcase project achievements, innovation outcomes, and impact
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, Engineering, Development Studies, or a related field
3–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, operations, implementation, or outreach
Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, partnerships, and communication activities
Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft and Google Workspaces.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Economics, Development, Management, Business, or a related field
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
Experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, or startup ecosystem support
Experience working with NGOs, donors, or international development programs
Background in outreach campaigns, community engagement, or public communication
