مجمع الصحابة الطبي مؤسسة أهلية فلسطينية غير ربحية تأسست في مدينة غزة عام 2004، وتقدّم خدمات صحية متكاملة تولي اهتمامًا خاصًا للنساء والأطفال، من خلال أقسامها الطبية والجراحية والتشخيصية وأقسام العلاج الطبيعي والتأهيل. كما ينفّذ المجمع برامج صحية وإنسانية بالشراكة مع مؤسسات محلية ودولية.
خلفية المشروع
مشروع وحدة الصحة النفسية والدعم النفسي الاجتماعي المتكاملة بتمويل من منظمة Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP)، ينفّذ مجمع الصحابة الطبي مشروعًا للصحة النفسية والدعم النفسي الاجتماعي يستهدف النساء والأطفال المتأثرين بالأزمة الإنسانية في غزة.
يقدّم المشروع جلسات دعم نفسي فردية وجماعية، وتقييمات، وإدارة حالات، ومتابعة وإحالات إلى الخدمات المتخصصة. كما يعمل على تعزيز قدرات الطاقم، ودمج خدمات الصحة النفسية مع الخدمات الطبية وخدمات الحماية والتأهيل، مع الحرص على الحماية والسرية ودمج ذوي الإعاقة والرعاية المراعية لآثار الصدمة.
الهدف من الوظيفة
يتولى مشرف/ة وحدة الصحة النفسية والدعم النفسي الاجتماعي القيادة الفنية والإشراف المهني على فريق المشروع، لضمان تقديم الخدمات بشكل آمن وأخلاقي ومبني على الأدلة، ومتوافق مع المعايير المعترف بها في مجالي الصحة النفسية وحماية الطفل.
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تقديم الإشراف الفني والتوجيه والتدريب أثناء العمل للمرشدين وطاقم الصحة النفسية.
- وضع معايير وأدوات للتقييمات والجلسات الفردية، والجماعية وإدارة الحالات والمتابعة.
- مراجعة ملفات الحالات وخطط التدخل، وتقديم ملاحظات ،واضحة كتابيًا وشفهيًا.
- قيادة اجتماعات مراجعة الحالات الدورية، وتقديم التوجيه بشأن الحالات المعقدة والإحالات الآمنة.
- التأكد من أن الخدمات مناسبة للعمر، ومراعية للنوع الاجتماعي، ومبنية على فهم آثار الصدمة، ودامجة لذوي الإعاقة.
- تصميم وتقديم جلسات تدريبية وتأهيلية بناءً على احتياجات الطاقم المحددة.
- تعزيز رفاهية الطاقم واتخاذ إجراءات للوقاية من الضغط النفسي والاحتراق الوظيفي.
- ضمان الالتزام بمتطلبات الحماية، والموافقة المستنيرة، والسرية، وحماية البيانات.
- التنسيق مع الأطقم الطبية وأطقم الحماية والعلاج الطبيعي والتأهيل لضمان تكامل الرعاية.
- متابعة جودة الخدمات والتوثيق ومؤشرات التقدم وتنفيذ التوصيات الفنية.
- المساهمة في خطط المشروع والتقارير الفنية وعمليات ضمان الجودة.
- التنسيق مع منظمة MAP والمشاركة في آليات التنسيق ذات الصلة بالصحة النفسية والحماية.
- ضمان الاتساق مع إرشادات IASC للصحة النفسية والدعم النفسي الاجتماعي، والمعايير الدنيا لحماية الطفل في العمل الإنساني.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- درجة علمية متقدمة في علم النفس، أو علم النفس الإكلينيكي، أو الإرشاد النفسي، أو الصحة النفسية، أو مجال ذي صلة وثيقة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال الصحة النفسية والدعم النفسي الاجتماعي، منها سنتان في دور إشراف فني أو استشاري.
- خبرة مثبتة في تقديم خدمات الصحة النفسية للنساء والأطفال في سياقات إنسانية أو مناطق نزاع.
- خبرة في إدارة الحالات، وتوجيه الطاقم، والتدريب، وبناء القدرات.
- معرفة جيدة بإرشادات IASC للصحة النفسية، وحماية الطفل، والحماية من الاستغلال والانتهاك الجنسي، ومعايير الإحالة.
- مهارات قيادية وتواصلية وتحليلية وتقارير قوية.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق طبي متعدد التخصصات وتحت الضغط.
- إتقان اللغة العربية وإجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية.
- إتقان استخدام برامج Microsoft Office وأدوات التوثيق والتقارير الرقمية.
يُعد التدريب المتخصص في الصحة النفسية والدعم النفسي الاجتماعي، ورعاية الصدمات، والإشراف الإكلينيكي، والإسعافات النفسية الأولية، وحماية الطفل، أو دمج ذوي الإعاقة، ميزة إضافية.

About Al-Sahaba Medical Complex
Al-Sahaba Medical Complex is a Palestinian non-profit NGO established in Gaza City in 2004. It provides integrated healthcare services, with particular attention to women and children, through its medical, surgical, diagnostic, physiotherapy and rehabilitation departments. The hospital also implements health and humanitarian programmes in partnership with national and international organisations.
Project Background
With funding from Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP), Al-Sahaba Medical Complex is implementing an MHPSS project supporting women and children affected by the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
The project provides individual and group psychosocial support, assessments, case management, follow-up and referrals to specialised services. It also strengthens staff capacity and promotes the integration of MHPSS with medical, protection and rehabilitation services, while ensuring safeguarding, confidentiality, disability inclusion and trauma-informed care.
Job Purpose
The MHPSS Technical Supervisor will provide technical leadership and professional supervision to the project team, ensuring that all services are safe, ethical, evidence-informed and aligned with recognised MHPSS and child protection standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical supervision, mentoring and on-the-job coaching to counsellors and MHPSS staff.
- Develop standards and tools for assessments, individual and group sessions, case management and follow-up.
- Review case files and intervention plans and provide clear written and verbal feedback.
- Lead regular case-review meetings and provide guidance on complex cases and safe referrals.
- Ensure services are age-appropriate, gender-sensitive, trauma-informed and disability-inclusive.
- Design and deliver training and refresher sessions based on identified staff needs.
- Promote staff wellbeing and measures to prevent stress and professional burnout.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, informed consent, confidentiality and data-protection requirements.
- Coordinate with medical, protection, physiotherapy and rehabilitation professionals to ensure integrated care.
- Monitor service quality, documentation, progress indicators and implementation of technical recommendations.
- Contribute to project plans, technical reports and quality-assurance processes.
- Coordinate with MAP and participate in relevant MHPSS and protection coordination mechanisms.
- Ensure alignment with the IASC MHPSS Guidelines and the Minimum Standards for Child Protection in Humanitarian Action.
Job Requirements
- An advanced degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Psychological Counselling, Mental Health or a closely related field.
- At least two years of relevant MHPSS experience, including two years in a technical supervision or advisory role.
- Proven experience delivering MHPSS services to women and children in humanitarian or conflict-affected settings.
- Experience in case management, staff mentoring, training and capacity building.
- Sound knowledge of IASC MHPSS guidance, child protection, safeguarding and referral standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team and under pressure.
- Fluency in Arabic and a good working command of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital reporting and documentation tools.
Specialised training in MHPSS, trauma care, clinical supervision, psychological first aid, child protection or disability inclusion is an advantage.
