Tea Plus, the premium bubble tea house in Palestine, with 4 branches and growing, is looking for a hands-on Marketing Officer & Content Creator to own the day-to-day marketing engine of Tea+: content, social media and in-store activation. You'll work closely with the founder on strategy and execution, translating brand direction into content and campaigns that show up consistently across every branch and platform.
This is a role for someone who can plan a content calendar in the morning and be on set directing a reel by the afternoon — equally comfortable with a camera and a caption.
The officer will operate under Intaleq, our marketing agency.
Content & Social Media
Plan and execute the weekly/monthly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Produce and direct photo/video content for product launches, new flavors, and everyday brand content.
Write on-brand captions and copy in both Arabic and English.
Maintain consistency of brand voice, visual identity and key brand lines across all content.
Track content performance and adjust based on what's working.
In-Store Marketing
Coordinate in-store promotional material across all branches.
Ensure new launches and campaigns are properly rolled out in-store on time.
Gather on-the-ground customer feedback and signal it back to the team.
Work on and organize in-store activities and events.
Campaign & Launch Support
Support planning and execution of product launches (e.g., new drink lines) and branch openings.
Coordinate with the founder on paid social/ads creative needs.
Help keep the marketing tracker/calendar up to date and on schedule.
Job Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).
Strong content skills — you can shoot, edit, and write copy that feels native to social media.
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Comfortable working across multiple branches/locations, not just from a desk.
Organized and self-directed — able to run a content calendar and hit deadlines without heavy oversight.
A genuine interest in café culture.
