Join LogesTechs, a leading provider of delivery and warehouse management software, as a Product Owner to drive product strategy and deliver solutions that have a real impact for our clients!
You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure the product meets customer needs and supports business goals. This role requires strong documentation skills, an Agile mindset, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure while driving delivery forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and prioritize product features and manage a well-organized backlog.
Write clear and detailed user stories, product specs, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and align on goals.
Ensure product outcomes support both customer needs and strategic objectives.
Make decisions and resolve issues through trade-off analysis.
Monitor market factors and influences to guide product decisions
Support sprint planning, remove blockers, and ensure delivery progress.
Lead UAT preparation and validation to confirm feature readiness.
Write and distribute detailed, user-friendly release notes.
Motivate and coordinate with the development team for high-quality delivery.
Act as the internal and external ambassador for the product.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Skilled in writing technical documentation and clear user stories.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with UAT, backlog grooming, and release planning.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Work Mode: This role is onsite and requires presence at the company location
