About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR and Admin Manager with over 7 years of experience to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR & Admin operations, developing policies, ensuring a productive and engaging work environment, managing payroll processes, and overseeing the recruitment process.
HR Management:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay structure and benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Work closely with department managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Oversee and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
Manage payroll-related queries and issues.
Ensure compliance with all payroll-related laws and regulations.
Collaborate with the finance department to maintain accurate payroll records and reporting.
Administrative Management:
Supervise the daily support operations of the company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.
Develop and manage policies and procedures for the smooth functioning of administrative processes.
Ensure the company’s administrative processes comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Manage schedules and deadlines.
Oversee the administration function including: transportation, attendance, official letters, health insurance, facility management in all sites, procurement, etc.
Prepare reports and provide insights into HR and administrative functions to guide decision-making
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
At least 7 years of human resource management experience required, preferably in the high-tech industry.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.
