We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to help with daily office tasks, manage schedules, handle communications, and support the team to keep the office running smoothly
Manage office operations, including filing, record-keeping, and supply management.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
Coordinating with couriers to bring goods from companies.
Reviewing the tenders published in newspapers and on websites, and forwarding them to the concerned department.
Coordinating for buying tenders.
Supporting staff in terms of IT and Telecom issues.
Ordering office supplies.
Getting travel offers for staff and customers.
Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
Provide general administrative support to HR-related activities as required.
Manage the department’s telephone center and address queries accordingly.
Job Requirements:
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent Organizational skills
Highly responsible and reliable
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work as part of a team
Good in English
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
