Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day business operations and administrative functions
Coordinate internal processes, schedules, and data entry
Assist in tracking projects, deadlines, and deliverables
Prepare reports, presentations, and operational documentation
Maintain organized records and improve workflow efficiency
Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Jerusalem Residency and Identification
Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, operations, or similar roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communications in Hebrew and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
