Procurement Assistant (Maternity Leave Replacement)
St John Eye Hospital Group is the leading provider of eye care in East Jerusalem, the West Bank, and Gaza Strip. The main Hospital is in Jerusalem and has centers in Hebron, Nablus, Kufur Aqab and in Gaza. In addition to our extensive range of specialist services, to provide full and comprehensive high standard refraction and optemtric service to the patients attending the outreach clinic in collaboration with the medical, nursing and AHP staff.
We are currently seeking to recruit a Procurement Assistant on a full – time basis –
5 days/week. The position will be based at the main Hospital in Jerusalem.
To apply you should have the following:
Diploma or a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.
2-year experience in the procurement.
Proficient in computer applications, particularly ERP systems and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
Good command of English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Hebrew is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail.
Methodical and well-organized approach to work.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to contribute to team work as necessary.
