St John Eye Hospital Group is the leading provider of eye services care in East Jerusalem, the West Bank, and Gaza Strip. The main Hospital is in Jerusalem, and the group has centers in the West Bank, and Gaza.



We are currently seeking to recruit a Director of Nursing & AHP & Quality on full – time basis - 5 days/week. The position will be based at the main Hospital in Jerusalem.



To apply you should have the following:



Master’s degree in Hospital management or equivalent field/equivalent experience.

Registered nurse qualifications with ophthalmic training.

Valid professional license

Minimum of 10 years of clinical/Nursing Experience.

Considerable experience of leading teams.

In depth knowledge of quality and JCI Standards

Proven background of building positive rapport with a diverse range of staff.

Extensive experience of delivering against agreed/set targets.
