Job Summary

To provide high-quality hospitality and food service to patients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a comfortable, safe, and professional experience while adhering to hygiene standards, food safety requirements, and hospital policies and procedures.

Candidate Profile

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors and provide hospitality services in accordance with approved professional standards.



• Serve and distribute meals to patients and staff according to approved schedules and instructions.



• Ensure that meals provided comply with patients’ dietary requirements in coordination with the Nutrition Department and relevant teams.



• Prepare and arrange dining areas and service locations while maintaining cleanliness and proper organization.



• Ensure compliance with personal hygiene standards and food safety procedures during food handling, serving, and distribution.



• Monitor patients’ satisfaction with food and hospitality services and report feedback and concerns to the direct supervisor.



• Respond to patients’ and visitors’ requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.



• Maintain hospitality equipment, utensils, and service materials and ensure their proper use.



• Follow infection prevention and control procedures and occupational health and safety requirements.



• Collaborate with the Nutrition Department, Nursing Department, and other hospital departments to ensure integrated and effective service delivery.



• Assist in preparing and organizing hospital events, meetings, and special activities when required.



• Maintain patient confidentiality and respect patients’ privacy while providing services.



• Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations and perform any other related duties assigned by the direct supervisor.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma degree in Hospitality, Food Service, Hotel Management, Nutrition, or a related field.



• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, catering, or healthcare facilities is preferred.



• Good communication and interpersonal skills with patients, visitors, and staff.



• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure.



• Commitment to hygiene standards, food safety, and quality service delivery.
